Eames Fine Art is delighted to announce a major new exhibition of prints and unique works on paper by Anne Desmet RA. This selling exhibition brings together works exhibited at Pallant House Gallery, Chichester and Guildhall Art Gallery, London, as well as new works and selected pieces from Desmet's archive. 

'Some years ago, in the gift shop of London's Sir John Soane's Museum, I came across a small kaleidoscope toy. One glimpse through its lens was a revelation... An overfamiliar scene through a window or a dull room's interior are magically reconfigured through its ingeniously faceted lens. Every view becomes full of wonder and surprise - an optical cornucopia of colliding, metamorphosing, symmetrical patterns, sparkles of light and no real sense of what is up, down or across.
